Returns Policy


Nutrim comes with a 90-day 100% no-hassle guarantee. We want you to try the product. We stand behind it with a 100% guarantee. We never hassle you about returning if it doesn't work out. Please be sure to review the return policy of the package you ordered.

For supplements, smoothie mixes, and other non-perishable items we accept return on unopened packing. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items which can be considered "food". If you have an issue with on an opened food item, please contact customer service.

Returns Procedure


Prior to returning an item, please contact customer service.

We will issue you a return authorization number and provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

You may use UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your return. Please be aware USPS does not provide door-to-door tracking.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 48 hours for order credit to be processed. Depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 72 hours for your credit to appear on your statement.
